Camp Mom
You do so much for others, how about doing something for yourself? 
CAMP MOM is the perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself — re-energize, re-discover and re-inspire yourself. Once in a while or every month you will be able to connect with a small group of women and learn from experts some invaluable ways to impact your happiness and health. At Camp Mom you will have a chance to tap into your creative side, relax into yoga poses, exercise your vocal chords, work on your level of happiness, discover your personal design style, impact your finances and/or learn some great recipes too. Sharing your wisdom and stories with other Moms is a rewarding experience. Our goal is help you rediscover your passions and interests, take time for yourself and meet new friends (or reconnect with old ones) in a warm, inviting and fun environment. APRIL “Being Happy”
Wed. April 3rd — 9:30am – 1:00pm $50
Location: A Little Inspiration
Explore your creative side with Inspirations Expert Heather Baker, while you “Create a Happy Box” and learn how to use it; experience first hand some great tips for toning at home with personal trainer Sharna Florance; hands on menu planning and preparation with Heather Baker; and of course enjoy a nutritious lunch.
Wed. 7th from 8:00 – 10:30pm $35
Explore your creative side with Inspirations Expert Heather Baker, while you “Create a Happy Box” and learn how to use it; “Making happiness” talk with special guest; and tips on “Getting things done in 2010” with Heather Bibas. Light refreshments will be served.
MAY “Perceptions and Moving Forward”

Wed. 5th — 9:30am – 1:30pm $50
OR Mon. 10th — 9:30am – 1:30pm $50
Mother's Day is a great excuse to take time for yourself -- you desrve it!!! Take a half day and enjoy a variety of activities and exercises that will leave you smiling and inspired. Come on your own or with a friend...either way you will leave with new connections and having learned and tried something new. Activities and excercises include “Seeing yourself through different eyes”; Zumba (a fun and energizing dance-based exercise program with instructor Jenna Howe (http://zumbawithjenna.ca/ ); "Healthy Chocolate" taste-testing; "Moving Forward"; and ‘Lovely Lunch Recipes” with Inspirations Experts Heather Baker and Heather Bibas; enjoy lunch too of course. Cost: $50
JUNE “Power for Change $”

You have the power to make change. Feel your power in this session where you will enjoying a variety of activities and exercises including; Zumba (a fun and energizing dance-based exercise program with instructor Tali Smith); “Raise your voice” with Heather Bibas from Center Stage; “Be a Mom Trader” and “Money saving tips” with financial expert Anne Arbour; “Power Foods Quick and Easy” with Inspirations Expert Heather Baker; and of course enjoy a nutritious lunch.
Wed. 2nd — 8:00 – 10:30pm $35
You have the power to make change. Feel your power in this session where you will enjoy inspirational voices of wisdom; “Raise your voice” with Heather Bibas from Center Stage; “Be a Mom Trader” and “Money saving tips” with financial expert Anne Arbour; “Finding your Voice” with a special guest speaker; and of course you will enjoy some light refreshments.
